Until one day, little Lara decides to go on a journey in search of happy cities, to find out how to bring joy to her own city.
Then, she leaves with her bird friend Piti and finds the Islands of Fun, Art, Stories, Nature and Delicious Things. From each place, Lara invites a few people to help her brighten up her city. In the end, she will discover that the greatest key to happiness is not in any distant land, but within each of us.
